THE EDITORIAL

Rhythms and Forms of the World becomes DIALAW FESTIVAL - Rhythms and Forms of the World and will now take place in April.

The DNA of the festival is still present: we invite national and international artists, from all continents, great artists of international renown alongside artists of local fame, and all disciplines of live performance are represented.

However, the festival is growing and becoming even more ambitious. He has reached the age of transformation.

The APDD wishes to make this festival a real moment of celebration and joy for the entire Toubab Dialaw area, where the local population meets over several days, united with festival-goers from elsewhere for an intercultural meeting.

The anchoring of the festival in the territory is an important element for us, which is why the local population is fully invested in its organization and in its realization and makes this event the festival of the inhabitants.

This, moreover, in the interest of cultural democratization and highlighting our heritage, will be held in 9 programming locations: some are atypical, including in the street and in the courtyards of houses (programming in local homes ).

While being of high quality, the Dialaw festival RFM aims to be a popular event.

Toubab Dialaw, a fishing village, backed by ocher cliffs, is a global hub of artistic creation where a particular energy reigns that attracts extraordinary personalities. It is the heart (Keur) of the Dialaw Festival - Rythmes et Formes du Monde, a festival as original as it is colorful.

This peaceful village is full of jewels, let's make them resonate, explore them and make them shine to experience unique moments together!

The festival is a festive and spectacular opportunity to come together, share and dream together again!

The entire Dialaw Festival - Rythmes et Formes du Monde team wishes you all, loyal and new spectators, experienced and novice, Senegalese and international, great moments of enthusiasm and sharing with us!
